Definitions

The parties referred to in this Agreement shall be defined as follows:

i. The Company, Us, We, Our, Ours and other first-person pronouns, refer to the operator, and publisher of the website, as well as all employees and affiliates.

ii. You, the User, the Client: You, as the user of the website, will be referred to throughout this Agreement with second-person pronouns such as you, your, yours, or as user or client.

iii. Parties: Collectively, the parties to this Agreement (the Company and You) will be referred to as Parties.

Assent Acceptance

By using the website, you warrant that you've read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to be bound by it. If you don't agree to be bound by this Agreement, please leave this site immediately. We only agree to provide use of this site and services to you if you assent to this Agreement.

Terms of Use

We're committed to delivering excellent service with reasonable skill and care. However, should we fail for any reason or in any way, you agree to indemnify Dispensaries Ltd for any loss or damages.

Dispensaries Ltd takes many precautions to secure your account and data. However, you agree to use the website and services at your own risk.

You agree not to undertake any of the following actions:

ii. Reverse engineer, or attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble the software or scripts of the websites and its services.

iii. Modify or delete data that could be useful to others without the agreement of the Company.

iv. Apply load or stress tests.

v. Violate the security or integrity of the website or services through any unauthorized access, circumvention of encryption or other security tools, data mining or interference to any host, user or network.

vi. Use the website or services for illegal or unauthorized activities, including accessing data for use not intended by the owners of the data, sending unsolicited or unauthorized emails or campaigns.

The use of our service implies your agreement with all of these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy & safeguard your data. We'll never sell, lease, or rent it.

Our digital properties, including our website and mobile app, uniquely identify your browser as you navigate and after you log in. This is necessary for personalized access, recording your preferences, and improving this application.

Any personal data that you provide may be stored in our data centers. This may include your computer network address, information about your device, browser, & operating system, and personally-identifying information, such as your name and email address, that you may provide when signing up for an account or requesting pharmacy services.

Several security mechanisms protect user and application data. Except by agreement, it will be used only for service delivery and not exposed to third parties.

Online chats with our customer support team are stored by our chat service provider (Smartsupp) for three months.

Our secure payments provider, Stripe, collects identifying information about the devices connected to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including fraud detection. We may track visitor activity to improve our digital offerings website and their content. Use of our service requires your consent to use analytics and monitoring services.

Pharmacist Legal

The licensee is required to provide, on the request of a patient, the name and practice permit number of any regulated member who provides a pharmacy service to the patient or who engages in the practice of pharmacy with respect to a patient.
